**Search by Name:** Last name first. Do not include commas.
**Search by Address: ** Use abbreviations for street directions ("N" for North). It is often best to omit street designations such as Avenue, Street, Road, etc. as they may be stored as Ave, St, Rd, etc.
## Creating an Account **Claim Parcel**: First locate account using search options below, then click "Claim Account" and follow the prompts to create an account.
**Make a Payment**: Once you have completed a payment we will send you a payment receipt which contains a link to create an account and save your payment methods
## Accepted Payment Options and Fees We accept E-Check, Debit Card and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover) payments. Fees are as follows:
**Credit/Debit Card:** 2.49%
**Electronic Checking/Savings Account:** $1.75 per transaction
