All bills must be paid in full by due date. Remaining balances will result in additional changes and/or disconnection of services. You should confirm your account information with your financial institution. Your routing and account number must be entered correctly in order for your electronic check payment to be processed correctly. Note: Credit unions can have a unique numbering system.

A $25 processing fee is charged for any payment that is returned uncollectable for any reason, including non-sufficient funds or errors made while making online or phone payments. To avoid this fee, verify your account information with your bank or credit union.

E-check fees are paid by St. Bernard Parish Government and there is no additional cost to residents.

Please note: St Bernard Parish Government does not receive any additional fees/charges assessed through online or phone payments. All convenience fees are assessed by our online vendor. St Bernard Parish Water & Sewer customers can still submit a check or money order in the office or through the mail with no additional charges.
